Upon taking on clients for rehabilitation etc. I implement an Evaluation and Intervention process… firstly completing a consultation to complete the necessary findings to treat.
The Consultation will consist of assessments, including Range-Of-Movement, Subjective, Objective, Postural, Biomechanics, Functional & Movement Assessments, Injury/Medical implications etc. and from these findings I’ll prescribe a Management Programme to your recovery which could include Sports Massage, Rehabilitation Exercises, Injury Prevention, Postural Correction, and movement development etc. your consultation will also include your first treatment.
Upon completing the consultation & depending on your circumstances, issues etc. you maybe required to have additional treatments within 7-10 days after each one to review the progression/adaptability etc. without any reversibility, this depends on how your get on obviously and then you can book in as & when or book every 4-6 week’s for general check in and maintenance treatments.

As a sports massage therapist i'm trained in applying techniques which involve the manipulation of soft tissue to help athletes avoid injuries, cool down after exertion and enhance their overall performance.

This increase is leading to more cases of type 2 diabetes, asthma and high blood pressure and other contributing health issues in children & teenagers and not only affecting the physical health but also their mental health and social wellbeing.
My CrossFit Kids & other relevant coaching qualifications enables me to deliver fitness, weightlifting and sessions to help tackle this health crisis, also I have a mass amount of experience having worked with children since starting in the industry and being a father of 3.
Having been in Management for over 15 years, during this period I trained and gained qualifications in Education & Training, Trainer Assessing and Internal Verification.
This enable me to deliver training courses an extensive array of courses from Management, Fitness Qualifications, Pool Plant, First Aid to name just a few, these are governed by ActiveIQ, SafeQual and supported by West Yorkshire Medical Services through the QTP (Quality Training Partnership).
